Dear Congresswoman Fudge (I like that)
thank you for spelling out clearly all that you have done in your first 100 days. We knew you were working hard, and it is good to see what you have accomplished on our behalf on paper. Keep up the good work.

Peace, Monika

I promise to continue the work I began many years ago to inspire and inform others to the best of my ability; to share opportunities in education, employment and networking; to encourage the use of technology; to encourage members of our community to "build bridges and tear down walls." I even promise to work and speak in your behalf so effectively, that you would THINK I live in the 11th Congressional District!

I aspire to be a scholarly practitioner and race-transcending leader. My hope is that each of us recognizes our individual talents and uses them for the betterment of more than our immediate circles, which forces us to reach out and reach back.

I promise to be a better citizen (person). I promise to take responsibility for my actions. Not to complain if I do not take part (action). I promise to use a trash can, respectful language and have common courtesy for people regardless. I promise to be productive within my family, job and community. I promise to smile and say hello to everyone. I promise to do unto others. Thanks!

I promise to make my community a better place to live, work and play by being a good role model for children and continuing to volunteer in my community. I also promise to support and uphold the following principles and beliefs:

1. America is good.

2. I believe in God and He is the Center of my Life.

3. I must always try to be a more honest person than I was yesterday.

4. The family is sacred. My spouse and I are the ultimate authority, not the government.

5. If you break the law you pay the penalty. Justice is blind and no one is above it.

6. I have a right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, but there is no guarantee of equal results.

7. I work hard for what I have and I will share it with who I want to. Government cannot force me to be charitable.

8. It is not un-American for me to disagree with authority or to share my personal opinion.

9. The government works for me. I do not answer to them, they answer to me.

I promise to stay involved in my community and to touch the lives of others. I promise to encourage others who have lost hope and to love others who feel they are alone.
