		<description>Hi Ms Fudge
While I am not a voting member of your district but I try to be a strong voice for what I believe. I am committed that everyone in this country have access to health care. I am at an age where I fell in the cracks of coverage when I am a student or underemployed. I had to purchase over $300 of meds per month and my student health insurance only covered $1000 per year. I had to decide if I could pay my house payment or buy meds. I am not alone in this. And yet I made too much, didn&#039;t live in the city of Cincinnati to receive social services to help. As a teacher I am not eligible for unemployment. It was a very hard time.

Also as a teacher for a charter school we need a strong voice to support the good work we do. And I agree that many charters need oversite. But we need funding and support for our good works in congress.

I also disagree as to how the funding is managed. This needs to be based on income not property so that the funding can be equalized between districts. Ohio&#039;s funding has already been declared illegal but nothing has been done. Kentucky went from 49th in the US to 23 in the less than 20 years since this same problem was dealt with there. (KERA 1993) They included teachers and looked at what was needed to have kids THINK.

Anyway, that is my opinion. I hope it gave you something to think about.
