Women United for A Promise to Keep Fundraiser

On Wednesday, September 23rd, Dr. Dorothy I. Height and The Honorable Alexis M. Herman will serve as honorary hosts for a fundraiser, “Women United for A Promise to Keep”  in honor of  Rep.  Marcia L. Fudge. Organized by a group of professional women who recognize the importance of the voice of women in Congress, the event theme, “Women United for A Promise to Keep,” shows a strong commitment in assuring Rep. Fudge continues to follow in the footsteps of women like the Honorable Shirley Chisholm, Barbara Jordan, and Stephanie Tubbs Jones.
